Student spotlight: Matt

This is an abstract painting created by a young, fantastically imaginative, and rather philosophical student of mine. He writes:

"This painting shows the borderline of good and evil. Can you see it? No--and that's because this is the Medium. There is no good and evil. There is only the middle, and in one's eyes, their good is the evil in some other person's eyes. It never changes and it never will. This is life, the world, and everything. This is the Medium."
